HOUSE RULES

• Check in after 4:00 PM

• Check out before 11:00 AM

• Minimum age to rent: 25

• Children allowed: ages 0-17

• No events allowed

• No pets allowed

• Smoking is not permitted in or near the villa

• We require a rules and regulations form to be signed by each adult (over 18) one week prior to arrival.

• We strongly suggest travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

DAMAGE & INCIDENTALS 

• You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

• Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If cancelled after that point, no refunds will be issued.

YOU NEED TO KNOW​

• Extra-person charges of $25 per person per night applies over 8 guests (over 2 years of age). 

• Government-issued photo identification is required for the primary guest booking the reservation. 

• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.

• Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

• Safety features at this property include carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, a first aid kit, and deadbolt locks.
